Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Performance-Based Appointment Setter role responsible for connecting with potential clients and scheduling qualified calls for the Team HH coaching programs.
On a day-to-day basis, you will engage leads via phone, email, and social media, follow up consistently, and use scripts and frameworks to guide conversations toward booking strategy calls.
You will manage and update appointment calendars, maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems, and coordinate with the coaching and sales team to ensure a smooth handover of booked appointments.
You will also be expected to nurture relationships with prospects, handle initial questions about services, and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Performance will be measured primarily by the volume and quality of appointments set, with opportunities to grow as the business expands.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling, including managing calendars and coordinating time zones.
- Experience with Lead Generation, nurturing prospects, and qualifying potential clients based on defined criteria.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and respond professionally.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or other tracking systems to log outreach and appointment data.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client outreach (online coaching, wellness, or personal development sectors is a plus).
- Reliable internet connection, suitable workspace, and the ability to work full-time with some flexibility to reach leads in different time zones if required.
