Performance Analyst (Capital Delivery)

What You'll Be Doing
Maintain databases, spreadsheets andmanagement informations ystems.
Produce performance reports, scorecards, charts and RAG reports.
Develop reports and provide adhoc analysis.
Lead statutory and regulatory reporting, ensuring GSS compliance.
Investigate and report GSS failures.
Manage the Planned ShutOff process and associated obligations.
Support reporting, customer insight and operational
Analyse trends and identify performance improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and customer outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Good communication skills and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and spot trends and changes
Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
Work under supervision with responsibility for ensuring the work is reliable and accurate
Understanding of the Customer Measure of Experience and Capital Delivery construction methods
Experience of working in a busy work environment
Understanding of UU Customer Systems including INS
Qualifications
- Desirable Qualifications
- GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths
