Role overview
Deliver People MI, workforce reporting, dashboards, and insights to support decisions by the People team and business leaders.

Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, timely People MI reports and dashboards for People and business stakeholders.
- Develop reporting solutions that turn workforce data into actionable insight.
- Support annual pay reviews, benchmarking exercises, and employee surveys.
- Audit and validate data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate across People, Payroll, Finance, and IT to improve data capture and reduce manual errors.
- Identify reporting automation and process improvement opportunities, including improvements to People systems.
- Maintain data governance standards and handle confidential employee information responsibly.
Qualifications
- Experience in MI, reporting, analytics, or a similar data-focused role, ideally in a People or HR environment.
- Experience producing dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and present complex data for business decisions.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Power BI, and experience extracting, validating, and manipulating data.
- Experience with complex formulas, reporting solutions, and automation techniques.
- Experience with data auditing, validation, or governance.
- People or payroll systems experience is advantageous.
