Role overview
Support the operational management and use of Imperial's ICIS and other HR systems.
The role is full-time, fixed-term through 31 July 2027, and based at White City Campus with a hybrid work pattern.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR systems and promptly resolve user queries and system issues.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for upgrades and new functionality and work with ICT on improvements.
- Provide guidance to People Function colleagues on HR systems.
- Carry out system administration, HR data audits and cleansing, and user access reviews.
- Support annual HR processes, including pay reviews and increments, and prepare data for future ERP migration.
- Maintain process guidance, monitor updates, promote data quality, and collaborate across departments.
What we are looking for
- Experience with a range of IT systems and willingness to learn new systems and software.
- Structured and methodical problem-solving and analytical approach.
- Experience providing high-quality, responsive customer-focused service.
- Sound understanding of GDPR and confidentiality when working with HR data.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships, manage workload, and adapt to changing priorities.
Salary
- Salary is £48,246–£58,318 per annum.
