What You Bring

  • You are an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise and a practical approach to supporting managers and employees.
  • You will work collaboratively across local and global HR teams, building effective relationships and helping improve the services we provide.
  • Essential experience and capabilities
  • Extensive HR experience, including strong experience managing employee relations processes and cases.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Communicate clearly and build effective working relationships with managers and HR colleagues.
  • Take ownership of initiatives and processes and drive them forward.
  • Solve problems pragmatically and support colleagues where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and services in response to employee and manager needs.
  • Work collaboratively across cultures and in virtual teams.
  • Very good knowledge of UK employment law, including workplace-related legal requirements.
  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • Useful additional experience
  • Familiarity with modern HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow, is a strong advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, is also beneficial.
