We make room for what matters - so you can bring your best, every day.
The Role
We are currently recruiting for People Operations Consultants to join our People Operations Team within the Colleague Experience and Operations area of our people function. As a People Operations Consultant the aim is to deliver a consistently positive and seamless experience for all colleagues across all journeys. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on providing high quality services, through both personal interaction and digital solutions.

- Apply strong problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve complex scenarios, consistently delivering appropriate outcomes
- Collaborate with third party providers and operational leaders to ensure service delivery meets organisational high standards
- Always ensure full compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
What we are looking for
This role goes beyond expertise in People Journeys – its about championing the colleague experience - whether resolving complex queries, streamlining processes, or supporting strategic initiatives, the work contributes to building a workplace where individuals feel supported, valued and empowered to thrive
Essential Criteria
Up to date knowledge of managing journey processes across all journeys with the ability to understand the system, the current issues and identify the right solution
Experience of implementing a solution/change to a journey and the output of the change
Proven examples to showcase excellent communication skills to deal with key stakeholders and external parties
An understanding of dealing with disgruntled customers, taking ownership and closing down noise without escalation
Previous experience of dealing with complex scenarios and managing this through to successful solutions.
We want to hire the whole version of you.
We are committed to ensuring that everyone feels accepted and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If your experience looks different from what we’ve advertised and you believe that you can bring value to the role, we’d love to hear from you.
If you require any adjustments to the recruitment process, please let us know so we can help you to be at your best.
We’re reviewing applications as they come in and may close this role before the closing date, so apply early to avoid missing out.
