The People Engagement & Sustainability Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring people engagement initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Daily activities include planning and executing internal engagement programs, supporting well-being and recognition initiatives, and collecting feedback through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings.

The specialist also develops and manages corporate sustainability and CSR initiatives, supports sustainability reporting, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align people and sustainability strategies with business goals.

The role involves preparing presentations and reports for leadership, tracking key engagement and sustainability metrics, and recommending improvements based on data and best practices.
