Role Overview
Provides end-to-end generalist HR support to the UK Diamond Trading business and day-to-day partnership to leaders, managers, and employees.
Acts as the primary HR contact across the London and Maidenhead sites, reporting to the SVP People, Diamond Trading, based in Botswana.

Role overview
Provides end-to-end generalist HR support to the UK Diamond Trading business and day-to-day partnership to leaders, managers, and employees.

Key accountabilities
- Advise on employee-lifecycle matters and support performance, conduct, absence, capability, engagement, and organization changes.
- Manage employee relations cases and support investigations, hearings, and consultations in line with company policy and UK employment legislation.
- Lead recruitment, coordinating requirements, sourcing, advertising, interviews, offers, onboarding, and induction.
- Coordinate performance, talent, reward, development, succession, and learning activities.
- Maintain employee records, HR system data, and contractual documents; coordinate payroll inputs and respond to payroll and benefits queries.
- Support compliance, audits, risk controls, workforce reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives.
Role requirements
- Provide generalist HR advice and operational support to leaders, managers, and employees.
- Apply UK employment legislation and company policies consistently in HR and employee relations matters.
- Build effective relationships and maintain a visible presence across both office locations.
