  • Support role assessments against the developing job levelling framework.
  • Support pay review, bonus, and incentive processes with scenario modelling, affordability analysis, and data validation.
  • Analyse benefits and pension participation, utilisation, and cost; maintain eligibility, provider, renewal, and contractual records.

Workforce planning and governance

  • Work with FP&A, Finance, and Payroll on consistent workforce assumptions for budgets, forecasts, and longer-term plans.
  • Model financial impacts of pay, benefits, incentives, and workforce changes; explain assumptions, risks, and options.
  • Support people-investment business cases and agreement on data and assumptions.
  • Maintain PeopleXD data processes, document definitions and modelling assumptions, apply controls, and handle confidential information securely.

  • Strong Excel skills, including manipulating and reconciling substantial datasets and building financial or workforce models.
  • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and explain recommendations to non-specialist stakeholders.
  • Experience improving data quality, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate, validated reporting.
  • Confidence working with workforce costs or comparable financial data, with strong numerical skills.

Work arrangement
