We are embedding AI across our engineering practices, delivery processes, internal operations, client solutions, and market positioning.
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our leadership team and drive this transformation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for defining People10's AI vision, building AI-native engineering capabilities, shaping client-facing AI offerings, and establishing People10 as a recognized leader in AI-led enterprise transformation.
Based in Dubai and Bengaluru, this role will work closely with leadership, clients, partners, and delivery teams across global markets.

What Success Looks Like
- Establish People10's AI architecture and governance framework.
- Enable AI-native engineering practices across delivery teams.
- Launch reusable AI accelerators and client-facing AI solutions.
- Deliver demonstrable AI modernization outcomes.
- Strengthen People10's market positioning as an AI-led transformation partner.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12-18 years of experience in software engineering, architecture, consulting, data, cloud, or enterprise technology leadership.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital, cloud, data, or AI transformation initiatives.
- Strong client-facing consulting and executive stakeholder management experience.
Technical Expertise
- Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI Agents and Agentic Architectures
- Data Platforms, Data Governance, and MDM
• Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- DevOps, MLOps, and AI Engineering Practices
