PEGA Developer / Technical Lead

Role overview

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Design Pega implementation and integration strategies aligned with transformation initiatives; formulate data strategy based on client needs and enterprise strategy.
• Guide CSA teams, promote Pega methodology best practices, and maintain knowledge of relevant technologies and trends.
• Align solutions with business, IT, and enterprise technology goals and standards; assess the systems impact of requirements and changes.
• Communicate solution options to stakeholders and develop scalable designs that incorporate software, systems, infrastructure, and network architecture.
• Provide strategic recommendations, roadmaps, standards, and practices; facilitate fact-based decisions and open communication.
• Review, mentor, and lead Development and Business Architect teams; research best practices, address complex assignments, and plan resources.

Required experience and qualifications

• At least 6 years developing applications using Pega and at least 2 years developing Pega applications using Constellation.
• Strong Pega PRPC knowledge, including enterprise class structure design, application profiling, rule types, and ruleset management.
• Experience delivering Pega PRPC solutions end to end, leading teams through architecture and delivery, and collaborating with business teams on requirements.
• Experience with UI frameworks and skins, email listeners and workbasket routing, SSO, security roles and privileges, and Pega RDA/RPA solutions.
• Experience with multilingual interfaces and localization; expertise in object-oriented design and integration patterns including microservices, messaging, queuing, and APIs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and collaborative, matrixed, or virtual teams; product development exposure is also requested.
• Exposure to healthcare, insurance, airlines, travel, or hospitality is a plus.

• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, business acumen, independent thinking, and teamwork are expected.
