Role overview
Provide virtual pediatric consultation services using current evidence-based standards and professional judgment.
Deliver care through the Alma Health Platform telemedicine system.
Duties
- Explain test results, diagnoses, and treatment options to patients or their parents.
- Order diagnostic tests as needed and promptly check and inform patients of results.
- Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive administration instructions.
- Refer patients or their parents to other healthcare specialists as needed.
- Follow clinic medical staff bylaws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine, MBBS, MBChB, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.
- Active HAAD/DOH license to practice in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience working as a Pediatrics Specialist, with at least 5 years stated in this section.
- Fluent English speaker; Arabic is listed as a plus in this section.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Empathetic and compassionate approach.
- Technology proficiency.
Location and work arrangement
