Overview
We are seeking a **qualified and experienced Pediatric Specialist (MD)** to join our healthcare team on a **full-time basis**.
The Pediatrician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents — ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate, family-centered care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a **board-certified Pediatrician** who is passionate about child health and committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused medical services in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide preventive and curative medical care for children, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of pediatric conditions and illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as part of patient evaluation and management.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers.
- Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medical records in compliance with DOH standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Pediatrics.
- **Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license** or eligibility for licensing.
- Board certification (or equivalent) in Pediatrics.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fellowship training or subspecialty experience (e.g., Neonatology, Pediatric Cardiology) is **an advantage.**
- Previous experience in a hospital or multi-specialty medical center.
- BLS and PALS certification.
