SCHEDULE
- Weekdays: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Weekends: Saturday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Consistent scheduling is available!
- WHAT YOU’LL DO As the RN on this case, you will provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with the child’s family and Affirmed Home Care’s pediatric clinical team. Key responsibilities include:
- Provide safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care
- Perform and assist with suctioning
- Provide prescribed nebulizer treatments
- Monitor the child’s condition and recognize changes in status
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Communicate clinical updates with the family and supervising clinical team
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Promote the child’s safety, comfort, and overall well-being
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Current New Jersey RN License
Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
Proficiency with suctioning required
Experience with nebulizer treatments preferred
Spanish-speaking/bilingual required
Current BLS Certification
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Compassionate and dependable approach to pediatric care
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license preferred
REQUIRED HEALTH & COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION Candidates must be able to provide:
Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
