$40/Hour | 1:1 Pediatric Home Care | Part-Time
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced LPN to provide 1:1 pediatric home care in Newark, NJ.
Location
- Newark, NJ 07102 Pay: $40/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–8:00 PM Care: 1:1 Pediatric Home Care
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Active New Jersey LPN License
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Experience supporting children with behavioral needs or challenging behaviors preferred
Patient, calm, and dependable approach to care
Strong communication and clinical skills
Current BLS Certification
Valid driver’s license preferred
Authorized to work in the United States
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide safe, compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care
- Follow the individualized plan of care
- Monitor and document the client’s condition
- Support the child during behavioral challenges
- Communicate with the family and clinical team
- Promote safety, comfort, and well-being
REQUIRED HEALTH & COMPLIANCE DOCUMENTATION
Physical examination within the past 12 months
PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
Proof of flu vaccination or approved exemption
