Qualifications

  • Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license or License Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
  • At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Physical completed within the last 12 months
  • Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years, if applicable)
  • Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
  • About the Position As a Pediatric Registered Nurse with Affirmed Home Care, you’ll provide individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. You’ll build meaningful relationships with your patients and their families while receiving ongoing support from our experienced clinical and administrative teams.
