Overview
A well-established tertiary pediatric center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric Pulmonologist to lead the diagnosis and management of respiratory conditions in infants, children, and adolescents.
The successful candidate will work alongside pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and allergists to deliver comprehensive respiratory care.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage chronic and acute pediatric respiratory disorders
- Treat conditions including asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic lung disease, bronchiectasis, and sleep-related breathing disorders
- Conduct pulmonary function testing and interpret results
- Manage pediatric respiratory infections and complex lung diseases
- Perform bronchoscopic procedures when required
- Collaborate with pediatric ICU teams on complex respiratory cases
- Provide long-term management plans for chronic respiratory diseases
- Participate in clinical education and multidisciplinary discussions
