Dubai, UAE Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Consultant Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join a leading private healthcare network in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering specialized orthopedic care for infants, children, and adolescents within a modern multidisciplinary environment. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and manage: Pediatric fractures and trauma Congenital orthopedic deformities Hip dysplasia and scoliosis Sports injuries and musculoskeletal disorders Perform: Pediatric orthopedic surgeries Corrective and reconstructive procedures Coordinate: Rehabilitation and long-term orthopedic follow-up Service Structure Hospital operating theatre access Outpatient pediatric orthopedic clinics Collaboration with: Pediatrics Rehabilitation and physiotherapy teams Additional Responsibilities Participate in surgical planning and MDT discussions Maintain clinical excellence and surgical outcomes Contribute to pediatric orthopedic program development Candidate Requirements Consultant qualification in Orthopedic Surgery with pediatric focus Strong surgical case log and procedural experience UAE experience preferred but not mandatory Bilingual communication skills advantageous Benefits Tax-free income Family health insurance Housing allowance or included package Annual air tickets 30 45 days annual leave End-of-service gratuity CME allowance Relocation support Performance-based incentives
