We are currently seeking a dedicated Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an immediate overnight pediatric case in Wanaque, NJ .

Patient: 14-year-old girl Needs: Overnight support and supervision Equipment: Trilogy BiPAP Care Requirements: Respiratory support, personal care, positioning, medication administration

Overnight shifts available Monday through Sunday.

$40.00 per hour

• Skilled nursing care provided one-on-one in the home
• Monitor the patient’s comfort, safety, and respiratory status throughout the night
• Manage and troubleshoot Trilogy BiPAP and related respiratory equipment
• Provide personal care, hygiene support, and repositioning as needed
• Administer medications according to the physician’s plan of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care

• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric or respiratory experience
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
