Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Paramus, NJ
Location: Paramus, NJ Setting: Pediatric P Nursing Company: Affirmed Home Care Pay Rate: $40/hour

Affirmed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 care to an 11-year-old pediatric client in Paramus, NJ .
This child requires nursing support including nebulizer treatments and suctioning . The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in pediatric care and proficient in suctioning .
Spanish bilingual/Spanish-speaking skills are required for this position.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate 1:1 pediatric nursing care in the client's home.
- Administer and assist with prescribed nebulizer treatments .
- Perform suctioning safely and appropriately.
- Monitor the child's condition and report changes to the appropriate clinical team.
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
- Communicate effectively with the child's family and Affirmed Home Care's pediatric clinical leadership team.
- Follow the individualized plan of care and all applicable nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey LPN License
- Preferred 1 year pediatric experience (home care or acute care)
- Proficiency in suctioning required
- Experience with nebulizer treatments preferred
- Spanish-speaking/bilingual required
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical exam completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or medical exemption
