$40/Hour | 1:1 Pediatric Home Care | Day & Overnight Shifts
Affirmed Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for an infant in East Rutherford, NJ.
This is an opportunity to provide hands-on care to a medically complex pediatric client while working closely with the child’s family and Affirmed Home Care’s pediatric clinical team.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Pay: $40/hour Patient: Infant Setting: 1:1 Pediatric Home Care Location: East Rutherford, NJ Clinical Needs: Ventilator, tracheostomy, G-tube, and J-tube care
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE – 7 DAYS A WEEK
- We are hiring for both daytime and overnight shifts:
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- LPNs may apply for day shifts, overnight shifts, or both , based on availability.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an LPN on this case, you will provide attentive, compassionate nursing care and help maintain the child’s safety, comfort, and well-being.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current New Jersey LPN License
- 1 year of pediatric experience preferred — home care or acute care
- Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
- Experience with G-tube and J-tube care
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive approach to pediatric care
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
HEALTH & COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be able to provide:
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past 12 months , or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
