Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Doha, Qatar, with some flexibility for remote work.
As a PECB Trainer, you will deliver professional training sessions in line with PECB standards, preparing and mentoring participants to obtain certifications.
You will design engaging course materials, deliver interactive learning modules, and assess participants' progress.
You will also stay updated on the latest PECB-related developments and ensure compliance with training and assessment protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven teaching and presentation skills to deliver PECB certification courses effectively
- Proficiency in curriculum design, public speaking, and training module delivery
- Excellent understanding of PECB programs and certification requirements
- Strong organizational and planning skills to prepare and manage training schedules
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor participants with various learning needs
- Relevant experience in training and certification within the technology sector is a plus
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written), with additional languages being an advantage
- Relevant PECB certifications or qualification in a related field is preferable
- Availability to work in a hybrid setting and willingness to participate in occasional on-site sessions in Doha
