PCBA Quality Engineer

Monitor and maintain product quality to ensure all required standards are consistently achieved.

Read and interpret electronic schematics and technical drawings accurately.

Prepare, update, and manage quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and reference samples.

Support the introduction of new products into production and ensure all quality requirements are met.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve product quality issues effectively.

Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to corrective and preventive improvement actions.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and manufacturing processes.

Assist in maintaining compliance with company and industry quality standards.

Ensure proper inspection and verification of electronic components and assemblies.

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.

Basic knowledge or experience in electronics manufacturing will be an advantage.

Interest in PCBA manufacturing, including production processes and technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail with a structured and quality-focused approach.

Ability to read technical documents and work collaboratively with production teams.
