Electronics Technician – PCBA Assembly & Testing

  • This combined role brings together hands-on electronics assembly and advanced PCB testing within a high-tech production environment.
  • You play a key role in building and validating high-quality electronic modules, ensuring that every product meets strict technical and quality standards before leaving the facility.
  • You will be responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs), including placing and soldering electronic components according to technical drawings and digital work instructions.
  • In addition, you perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with IPC standards.
  • Alongside assembly, you also operate as a PCBA Tester, where you verify functionality using advanced test systems such as functional testing, high-voltage testing, RF testing, and connectivity checks.
  • In this role, you identify deviations, analyze failures, and contribute to troubleshooting and process improvements.
  • You work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure product reliability, quality consistency, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Depending on your experience and background, your focus will be more on the assembly side (PCB assembly, soldering, production) or more on the testing side (functional testing, troubleshooting, analysis and validation).
  • The position is based in a modern production environment with a strong focus on precision, quality, and teamwork.
  • You work in a two-shift system (06:00–14:50 and 14:40–00:00, with a shorter Friday shift in the afternoon shift).
  • What is offered
  • Competitive salary between €3,500 and €4,000 gross per month including shift allowance, depending on experience

  • MBO level 3/4 or HBO background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
  • Experience or affinity with PCB assembly and/or electronics testing
  • Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
