Role overview

What you’ll do

• Set up, qualify, and maintain production test stations, test PCs, OS images, and fixtures.
• Validate test processes for new products and engineering changes.
• Deploy and control test software, scripts, configurations, and BIOS/EC/firmware versions.
• Ensure test results upload correctly to the MES for traceability.
• Troubleshoot station failures and yield drops, analyze logs, determine root causes, and escalate complex issues.
• Improve yield, test time, and station uptime.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, IT, suppliers, and global teams; support production-floor operations.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical, electronic, or computer engineering, automation, computer science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in production test engineering; PC, notebook, desktop, or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of PC hardware, test equipment, station setup, and basic failure analysis.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux, BIOS/EC/firmware, drivers, and basic networking.
• Good written and spoken English and willingness to provide hands-on production-floor support.

• Use data and analysis to troubleshoot issues and take ownership of resolving them.
• Work with urgency in a fast-moving production environment, communicate clearly, and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams and look for process improvements.
