  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale application, platform, or product engineering teams.
  • Proven record of delivering complex technology capabilities from strategy and design through production operations.
  • Experience delivering within an AI-assisted software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC), including AI-assisted requirements, design, code and test generation, and code review, along with the quality, security, and traceability controls required around them in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated judgment about where AI meaningfully accelerates engineering work and where it does not, evidenced by measurable gains in throughput or quality rather than tool adoption alone.
  • Experience managing employees, contractors, vendors, budgets, capacity, and delivery commitments.

Starting on day one of your employment, you’ll be offered several health-related benefits including medical, vision, dental, and well-being and behavioral health programs. We also offer 401(k), company paid life insurance, tuition reimbursement, a minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year, paid holidays, and leaves of absence.
