Payroll Specialist

Holistic Industries is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and help ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.

This role is a key resource for both team members and managers, partnering closely with our payroll provider to support a smooth and positive payroll experience across multiple locations.

• Own the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for employees across multiple entities
• Review and audit timesheets, partnering with managers to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance
• Serve as the go-to resource for employee payroll questions, providing responsive support and issue resolution
• Maintain payroll records and employee updates, including pay changes, taxes, direct deposits, and deductions
• Partner with our payroll provider to ensure payroll taxes, reporting, and deductions are processed accurately
• Support compliance efforts, workers' compensation reporting, audits, and payroll system training for employees

• Experience processing payroll in a multi-state environment, with a strong understanding of payroll practices and compliance requirements
• Comfortable working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and Excel; Kronos experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for spotting issues before they become problems
• Strong communicator who enjoys supporting employees and building relationships across teams
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
