Job Purpose
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
This role will support organizational efficiency by safeguarding payroll data, resolving employee inquiries, and collaborating closely with HCM and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll cycle including data collection, calculations, deductions, and processing to ensure timely and accurate salary payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting and statutory filings.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, attendance, and leave data while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support payroll audits, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives.
- Perform additional payroll-related tasks as assigned to support operational continuity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related HR/Finance role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, statutory requirements, and compliance.
- Proficient in payroll and HR systems as well as standard office software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Payroll or HR professional certification is a plus.
