Responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging, and accurate articles, reports, website copy, and marketing materials.
- Research topics, outline content, and draft and revise text.
- Collaborate with editors, project managers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality.
- Review feedback and refine content based on editorial guidance.
- Help maintain documentation and style guidelines.
- Participate in virtual meetings, planning sessions, and content reviews as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong writing skills for clear, structured, engaging content across audiences and formats.
- Ability to research independently, synthesize multiple sources, and present information accurately and accessibly.
- Attention to detail; proficiency in grammar, spelling, and style; experience revising and polishing text.
- Able to work remotely, manage time, meet deadlines, and collaborate using digital communication tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Digital-platform writing experience and familiarity with basic content or document management tools are a plus.
- Interest in continuing to develop writing techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
