What you’ll do
- Create and automate payroll reports and dashboards
- Audit and reconcile data across payroll and HR systems
- Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
- Support compliance and audit activities
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, and HRIS teams
- Present clear insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Improve reporting processes and data quality
What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years of payroll reporting, analysis, audit, or reconciliation experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with payroll or HRIS data
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work onsite in Westerville approximately 50% of the time
- ADP, dashboarding, reporting automation, and process-improvement experience are preferred.
