Key Requirements
- Proficiency and aptitude with technology including MYOB and Microsoft applications. Significant payroll experience, ideally within a large and complex organisation. Experience with interpreting healthcare awards such as SCHADS, the Aged Care Award or the Nurses Award is highly desirable, but not essential. Previous experience with the implementation of new payroll systems is highly desirable, but not essential. Join our dedicated team as a Payroll Officer and play a critical role in delivering accurate and timely payroll services for a workforce of more than 2000 employees. Working closely with the Senior Payroll Officer and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous process improvement within a large and complex healthcare environment.
