Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions; ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
- Manage Wage Protection System (WPS) payments and ensure timely bank transfers and salary disbursement.
- Maintain payroll records and employee data; coordinate with HR on employee updates, including joiners, resignations, and absences.
- Handle end-of-service benefits, leave salary, final settlements, payroll account reconciliation, and discrepancies.
- Prepare management and audit reports, provide audit documentation, and handle employee questions about payroll, salaries, and deductions.
- Monitor compliance with visa, labor contract, and payroll-related regulations.
Pay
- AED 5,500–6,000 per month.
