Oversee payroll operations, strengthen internal controls, and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Role responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, allowances, and final settlements.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and secure payroll records.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to reconcile payroll data, employee changes, and payment records.
- Monitor deadlines and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain internal controls and support compliance with applicable UAE employment and payroll requirements.
- Oversee payroll reporting, reconciliations, audits, and management summaries.
- Manage payroll systems, improve processing workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
- Lead and support payroll team members while safeguarding sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in payroll management, payroll operations, HR, or finance administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting procedures.
- Familiarity with UAE payroll practices and applicable WPS requirements.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage confidential information.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
