Payroll Manager role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Maintain confidential payroll records and monitor compliance with UAE labor and regulatory requirements.
Review attendance, leave, and employee changes that affect payroll.

Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
Manage employee payroll queries and provide timely support.
Identify improvements to payroll processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

At least 4 years of experience in payroll, compensation, HR operations, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations.
Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong leadership, team-management, numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
UAE payroll experience is highly advantageous.
