WD is seeking a Payroll Manager to manage payroll delivery across all countries in the EMEA region.
The role requires extensive knowledge of local labour laws, regulations and best practices related to payroll and total rewards administration.
Job responsibilities
- Manage and oversee payroll processes for all countries in the EMEA region.
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of payroll and associated processes across EMEA.
- Review and maintain payroll records and reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes.
- Manage vendor relationships and optimise payroll systems for efficiency.
- Take primary responsibility for EMEA payroll-related audits and projects.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience in payroll management across the EMEA region are required.
- Previous payroll experience in EMEA is essential.
- Strong understanding of EMEA payroll practices and regulations is required.
- Experience managing a team of payroll professionals is required.
- Proficiency with payroll and HRIS software and the ability to analyse and interpret payroll and HR data are required.
- Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Experience with Workday and ADP Celergo is preferred.
- A bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or HR is strongly preferred.
