Payroll Assistant
About This Role
Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including salary changes, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, commissions, and other payments.
Verify attendance, leave records, and timesheets for payroll processing.
Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.
Handle payroll queries and provide support to employees regarding salary-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labour laws during payroll processing.
Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and documentation for management review.
Support in processing end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and gratuity calculations.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
