Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the payroll team with administrative tasks and keep records accurate
• Handle benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations, and distribute benefit cards
• Maintain member records and work with Talent & Development to resolve discrepancies
• Respond to Team Member queries with confidence and clarity
• Jump in on other tasks as needed to support the team

Key Qualifications

• Post secondary studies in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable switching between tasks and managing priorities
• Payroll experience is an asset
