- 3-5 years of related experience in a similar position, preferably in a similar industry. Strong payroll and analytical skills with relevant financial experience. Job Specific Skills:
- Knowledge of payroll systems.
- Reasonable amount of understanding of the Maritime industry and the extensive legal requirements pertaining to employment of marine personnel
- Understanding of travel and government procedures
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Computer literate- Microsoft suite of products
