• Job Summary:
• Provide administrative/clerical support for business operations. Review payments. performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database. Provide production services to client operating by performing data entry tasks.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
• Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
• Process payments/Data Entry
• Handle multiple assignments.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
• Research problematic payments
• Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Microsoft, Excel experience
• Ten Key experience
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Background check and Fingerprinting
• Idea Candidate
• Banking and payment experience preferred
