As we expand our production, we’re inviting a **Pattern Maker** to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine initial samples while overseeing quality
- Ensure perfect garment fit and construction
- Create clothing patterns from sketches, samples, or photos
- Conduct fittings and adjustments
- Perform precise, high-end tailoring and pattern grading
- Prepare complete technical documentation for every model (cutting details, size charts, processing recommendations)
Requirements
- Experience working with premium fashion brands or custom tailoring studios
- A portfolio demonstrating your work (required)
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and enhance your skills
- English proficiency is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
