Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned security sites, including spot checks during day and night shifts.
- Verify guard attendance, deployment, uniform, grooming, and discipline; ensure compliance with site instructions, SOPs, and client requirements.
- Identify absenteeism and arrange or recommend replacements or relievers promptly.
- Report incidents, violations, complaints, and operational issues; maintain patrol and site inspection reports.
- Coordinate with Operations Controllers on manpower and site requirements; brief and guide guards on duties and performance expectations.
- Respond to emergencies and support incident management; communicate professionally with clients and security staff.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover between shifts.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or Patrolling Supervisor in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of security operations and incident reporting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- SIRA certification is preferred or required depending on deployment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and conduct day and night patrols.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1,522.63–2,500.00 per month.
