Role overview

Patient service and coordination

• Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments, consultations, and billing coordination.
• Explain clinic services, treatments, procedures, packages, and appointment instructions.
• Confirm appointments, follow up before and after visits, and collect feedback.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff, manage patient flow, and direct patients to the appropriate care area.
• Handle concerns professionally and escalate complaints when necessary.

Records and outreach

• Maintain accurate patient records, call logs, and follow-up details while protecting confidentiality and data privacy.
• Support bookings, reviews, referrals, repeat visits, and ethical package sales.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, patient outreach, and related administrative duties.

Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English is mandatory.
• One to two years of patient coordination, medical reception, healthcare, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, patient-focused attitude are expected.
• Microsoft Office and clinic management software proficiency is advantageous; patient acquisition or sales experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health records, appointment scheduling systems, and medical terminology is a plus.

Schedule

• Day or rotational shifts, depending on operational requirements.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace and joining

• Work location is in person.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
