Overview

Job Title: Patient Relations & Clinical Operations Officer (Non-Clinical Dentist Role)

**About the Role:** Are you a qualified dentist (BDS/DMD) who has realized your true passion lies in healthcare administration and operations rather than clinical practice?

We are a premium dental and medical clinic seeking a highly organized, bilingual (Arabic/English) dental professional to step away from the chair and take ownership of our patient relations, treatment plan tracking, and dental lab coordination.

In this pivotal, non-clinical role, you will use your expert dental knowledge to bridge the gap between our clinical teams and our patients, ensuring a flawless operational workflow and an exceptional patient experience.

**Who You Will Work With:** You will be a core part of the Operations team, reporting directly to the Operations & Quality Manager.

You will work side-by-side with the Customer Service Supervisor and Head Nurse, while collaborating laterally with our clinical providers.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • **Clinical Complaint Management:** Serve as the primary liaison for patient concerns. You will investigate, categorize, and resolve complaints—ranging from service delays to clinical quality—adhering strictly to our internal SLAs (e.g., 5-day standard resolution, 14-day formal investigations).
  • **Treatment Plan Follow-Up:** Proactively track case acceptance rates and follow up with patients on pending or phased dental treatments. *(Note: You will act as a secondary resource to clarify plans; primary presentation remains the treating dentist's responsibility).*
  • **Dental Lab Coordination:** Take full ownership of the lab workflow. You will receive physical impressions, manage the clinic's software entries, coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with external labs, and ensure quality-checked prosthetics are delivered to the clinic room before the patient arrives.
  • **Data & Analytics:** Ensure timely input of entries into the system and generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual operational reports on patient satisfaction, lab turnaround times, and treatment conversions.

What We Are Looking For

  • **Education:** Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD).
  • **Career Goals:** A demonstrated desire to build a career in healthcare administration/operations rather than clinical practice.
  • **Knowledge:** Expert-level fluency in dental terminology, prosthetics, and clinical workflows.
  • **Language:** Mandatory high proficiency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written).
  • **Soft Skills:** High emotional intelligence, thick skin for complaint de-escalation, and a deeply collaborative mindset.

What We Offer

  • **Schedule:** 6 days a week, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM shift.
  • **Compensation:** Competitive salary based on experience, plus provided housing and transportation allowances.
  • **Core Benefits:** Comprehensive health insurance and paid annual leave.
  • **Growth:** Dedicated professional development opportunities to advance your career in healthcare administration.
  • Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼8,000.00 per month
