What You Will Do

  • Greet and check in patients face-to-face, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. - Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. - Update patient registration and insurance information in our systems. - Respond to inquiries from callers and customers, advocating on their behalf. - Perform new patient registration and preregistration tasks. - Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. - Ability to meet or exceed customer service standards over the phone, in person, and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One (1) year of experience in patient admitting, registration, or insurance eligibility in a hospital or medical office setting. - EPIC training/experience and familiarity with insurance payor systems.
