Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and assist with kiosk check-in
  • Answer questions and support patient flow in a busy clinic
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service
  • Must enjoy working with patients of all ages
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be dependable and willing to learn new processes
  • Must be comfortable being active and on your feet throughout the day

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Medical office experience preferred
  • EHR and NexGen experience preferred
  • Schedule flexibility - available some evenings and Saturdays
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Dedication to providing exceptional patient care and service
