Patient Coordinator – Sales & Marketing

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
• Convert incoming inquiries and potential leads into confirmed appointments and new patients.
• Follow up with prospective and existing patients to encourage bookings and treatment acceptance.
• Promote dental services, offers, and treatment packages to attract new patients.
• Support marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and patient acquisition strategies.
• Identify opportunities to increase appointments, patient retention, and clinic revenue.
• Explain dental services and treatment plans; coordinate with dentists when clinical guidance is needed.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain patient records, lead databases, and follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the clinic team to support the patient experience from initial inquiry through appointment.
• Work toward sales targets, booking conversion rates, and new-patient acquisition goals.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, patient coordination, or marketing is preferred.
• Dental clinic or UAE healthcare experience is an advantage.
• Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling leads, making calls, communicating through WhatsApp, and converting inquiries into appointments.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets, or appointment management software.
• Proactive, target-driven, organized, and results-oriented, with ability to build patient relationships and support business growth.
• Must be currently based in Dubai.
