We are looking for a friendly, organized, and service-oriented **Patient Coordinator / Sales** to be the welcoming face of our clinic and the support our patients can count on.
As the **Patient Coordinator / Sales** at FAYY Health, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Your duties include:
What You'Ll Do
· Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and email
· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into booked consultations
· Coordinate appointments and manage doctors' schedules
· Guide patients through their treatment journey from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up
· Explain treatments, packages, and services in a professional and clear manner
· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
· Handle patient concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
· Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems
· Follow up on missed appointments and inactive leads
· Collaborate with doctors, marketing, and front desk teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
· Prepare quotations, treatment plans, and payment arrangements when required
· Support promotional campaigns and special offers
What We'Re Looking For
· **Iranian National (Required)**
· Fluent in **Farsi (Persian)** and English
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or patient coordination is preferred
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Confident, professional, and customer-focused
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage
