We're looking for a **female Patient Coordinator** to join our team at a well-established medical center in Dubai Marina.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in **dental or dermatology clinics**
  • Strong **communication and sales** skills
  • Excellent in **convincing and handling patients**
  • Outstanding **customer service** approach
  • **Fast learner**, proactive, and flexible
  • Fluent in **English** (additional languages like Arabic , **French, Spanish, or Russian...** are a big plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and coordinate with patients professionally
  • Explain treatments and services to clients
  • Manage appointments and follow-ups
  • Support clinic operations to ensure smooth patient experience
  • Work closely with medical staff and support team

Experience

  • Patient Coordinator: 1 year (Preferred)

Language

  • Russian (Preferred)
