We are searching for Patient Coordinator to join our team.
**Responsibilities**
- Welcoming and guiding patients through their treatment journey
- Handling patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Providing information on procedures, packages, and aftercare
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
