Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide patients through their treatment journey.
- Handle patient inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with medical staff to support smooth patient flow.
- Provide information about procedures, packages, and aftercare.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, patient-focused attitude.
- One year of healthcare management experience is required.
- One year of direct sales experience is required.
Work arrangement
